Warranty and Returns A product in new (cosmetically perfect, unblemished) condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund under our satisfaction–guaranteed policy. Any refund under this policy is subject to a 20% re–stocking charge. If the unit fails to operate due to defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We do ask that you return any defective portion of the product so we can do a failure analysis to improve quality in the future. This warranty does not apply to failure due to abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage.
Order Cancellations Orders placed online using a credit card or PayPal that are canceled by the purchaser will have 10% deducted from the total sale amount. This is to cover transaction fees that we incur as result of utilizing the credit card secure provider in the sale and refund activity.
