Our COUNTDOWN TIMERs, the CDT-S which counts down seconds and CDT-M which counts down minutes, are ideal for timing events and games. The large, bright digits are clearly visible from a considerable distance and add a fun, visual aspect to your contest events.

 The COUNTDOWN TIMERS are simple to set and control using the four small push-buttons on the top of the unit:

  • Each of the two digits is set to the desired time with a combination of three of the buttons:
    "LOAD/PRE + Pre 10s" sets the left digit and "LOAD/PRE + Pre 1s" sets the right digit, as easy as setting the hours and minutes on a digital alarm clock.
  • The counting cycle begins with the press of the fourth button, "RUN/STOP".

The countdown sequence can be paused at any time with a press of the RUN/STOP button, and resumed by pressing the button again. When the Timer reaches 00, the Timer emits a BRAAP sound.

At any time that the counter is stopped it can be re-loaded to the previously pre-set count just by pressing the LOAD/PRE button.


BigDigit Output Option and wired remote control available. Purchase of a basic Timer and factory installation are required. (More info below.)

The basic, stand-alone COUNTDOWN TIMER selected in Step 1 is ideal for quiz games and contests. For larger events held in auditoriums, conference rooms, gymnasiums or other sporting arenas, significantly boost visibility with the BigDigit′s impressive 6.5" high digits. Shipping Policy

During checkout, you will be given the following shipping options to choose from with the cost of each displayed to enable you to make a choice most suitable to your needs.

We ship same day for Express-shipped orders (Express Saver, 2nd Day, and Overnight) received no later than 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. For Ground and Home Delivery we ship within 3 business days. The day of order does not count as one of the business days.

FedEx Ground (business) or Home Delivery (residence) takes 4-5 business days to get to you once shipped. Allow a total of 7-8 business days when figuring arrival time.

FedEx Express Saver provides delivery within 3 business days by 4:30 PM; 7:00 PM to residential addresses.

FedEx 2Day provides delivery Monday through Saturday* by 4:30 PM in 2 business days to most US locations; 7:00 PM to residential.

FedEx Standard Overnight provides delivery by 3:00 PM the next business day.

FedEx Priority Overnight provides delivery Monday through Saturday* by 10:30 AM next day to most US addresses.

FedEx First Overnight provides delivery by 8:30 AM next business day.
*Saturday delivery available using 2nd Day and Priority Overnight options and requires an additional $10.00 delivery fee.

Warranty and Returns
A product in new (cosmetically perfect, unblemished) condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund under our satisfaction-guaranteed policy. Any refund under this policy is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. If the unit fails to operate due to defect within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We do ask that you return any defective portion of the product so we can do a failure analysis to improve quality in the future. This warranty does not apply to failure due to abuse, neglect, misuse or breakage.

Order Cancellations
Orders placed on-line using a credit card or PayPal that are canceled by the purchaser will have 10% deducted from the total sale amount. This is to cover transaction fees that we incur as result of utilizing the credit card secure provider in the sale and refund activity.

Tax Exempt Customers
Only Texas customers are required to pay sales tax. If you are a Texas based customer who has tax exempt status, during the checkout process you will be asked to provide your Texas Tax Exempt Number. Enter "BEA" in the Tax Exempt Code field. (A reminder of this step will also be provided during checkout.)
